  My husband and I walked into the store in Newport and was met by Elliott with a smile. We had told him we needed help knowing the differences between the different types of beds they offered. He jumped into action to explain each and everyone till we decided on we both liked . Elliott was so knowledgeable of knowing everything we asked. And so professional as well. I would recommend this store and Elliott to anyone I know looking for a new bed.

  Our experience was simple, efficient, and fun. We were immediately welcomed upon entering the store. Elliott approached us to understand if we wanted help walking through the shopping experience. When we expressed we needed guidance he went above and beyond to ensure that we were properly informed as shoppers about the merchandise they have to offer. As a customer service representative, he was inviting, knowledgeable and thorough. He knew what questions to ask that would help determine the best product for us and was genuinely respectful of our price point. He gave us his full attention and broke down the jargon of the paperwork, highlighting the savings and warranties that came with our purchase. I would recommend Elliott to work with any day of the week. It was a pleasure to interact with him during our shopping experience.
